They should change the logistics and start by going directly to the archaeological area so we can enjoy and enrich our education, and on the way back, if there's enough time, take an interesting and good guide who can tell us the most important things and take us on the tour. The other part is so rushed that there wasn't time to buy from the real artisans who are along the route near the pyramids. We understand that not everyone agrees with the development of access to this area, but the government is doing it to improve tourism.

It's a comprehensive and good tour; you visit everything they offer. The only downside is that they add "taxes" for the cenote visits, which aren't mentioned in the information they provide about what's not included. The guides and staff are very knowledgeable and attentive.

The drinks service needs improvement; they tell us it's an open bar, but we have to wait for the bus to stop before they serve us. When we left the cenotes, we asked for beer, but they didn't give it to us.

They overcharged me to begin with, and the agency didn't resolve anything at all. The guys giving the tour were rude, didn't answer questions, and seemed to hate their jobs. The bus was awful, we were late for all the activities, and to top it all off, the guys giving the tour demanded a tip.

On a personal level, and for your own growth, I wouldn't take people to eat at that place again. It would be easier to take them to a real restaurant.

The excursion was good, but I would change things. They give you very little time at the cenote, and the main attraction, which is what you pay for—Chichen Itza—they take you when they're already closing, so you can't explore it properly. They rush you out 15 minutes after you arrive. I would recommend spending less time at the Mayan community and more time at the other attractions.

The tour, guides, and staff were excellent. However, the registration process and payment took far too long; it essentially took two hours before the tour could even begin, which is extremely valuable time for tourists.

Everything was great, excellent service. The young man Ivan was very attentive and always on top of things.
