This tour covers only the bare minimum; it's a tour of Cancun picking people up at hotels. Everything else is charged separately and is very expensive. It doesn't match the price paid, which is also extremely high. We arrive at the park around 11 am, which is far too late, and the return is around 4 pm, but you have to be there half an hour early, which is very little time to explore the park, which is enormous. The information isn't given to the user accurately, and I wasn't informed about additional activities (prices, etc.).

An unforgettable tour. Everything we did was excellent. The only downside was that the photo package at the rivers wasn't what we expected; they didn't give us enough time to pose, and we couldn't see the river tunnels. In any case, it was wonderful. The Sea Trek was marvelous, and the diver Giovanny was excellent with my wife, who suffers from anxiety. Thanks to his attention, she was able to relax. ?? Beautiful wildlife (they should provide larger enclosures for the animals in captivity), tranquil beaches, delicious food, and the Mexico show was spectacular—words can't describe its magnitude. Spectacular, unparalleled! Liliana, our morning guide, was very kind. Everything was wonderful!
